A Network for the Earth
Think of it less like a single farm and more like a network built for the earth. The Living Ground Farm develops the playbook: the soil science, the training materials, the step by step onboarding, the whole shared way of growing for regenerative agriculture. Landowners at any stage, whether they're just starting out, already thriving, or looking to grow further, can join the network and get a proven path for what comes next.

Meet the Founder
J. Bryant
Developer, The Living Ground Farm
The idea took root while watching the food system around her grow shakier by the year: prices climbing, trust wearing thin, and warning signs everywhere that the way things had always been done wasn't going to hold much longer. J. Bryant decided not to wait around and see how it played out. She built a system instead.
J. Bryant is a developer. Not of buildings this time, of infrastructure for regenerative agriculture. In real estate, the developer isn't the one laying brick or pouring concrete, they're the one who finds the right site, the right builders, the right operators, and puts it all into place. That's exactly her role here. She's not a farmer and doesn't need to be. She finds the best farmers in the world already working the land, and connects them to an operating system built to help them grow further, faster, and with real infrastructure behind them.
With roughly fifteen years of bicoastal real estate experience and a track record of building incredible, seemingly impossible things fast, efficiently, and built to last, J. Bryant founded The Living Ground Farm as a licensing platform. She licenses her operating system to existing farm and vineyard owners around the world, giving them the tools, training, and support to regenerate their land and build something bigger than any one property could on its own.
Her work in disaster relief and community organizing runs alongside this, through Bryant & Co. Foundation, a separate nonprofit she founded and leads.
